With Canon’s latest additions to its already popular Ixus range, you will be sure to get the perfect shot every time. The cameras are said to boast some really intuitive features, such as the ability to release the shutter by simply blinking your eye or smiling. The cameras are also very thin, stylish and are able to capture both stills and video in HD.

The two latest additions to the Canon IXUS range – the IXUS 130 and IXUS 105 – offer the ultimate combination of fun, innovative features and stylish, sculptured design.

Slim, stylish design

The IXUS 130 is the thinnest IXUS to date, measuring 17.8mm at its thickest point. Available in four colours (all colours not available in each region), both models are ultra-portable enabling you to capture the moment, wherever you are.

Easy-to-use, fun features

Both models feature a 28mm wide angle 4x zoom lens - allowing you to fit everyone in the frame or zoom in for close ups, while Canon’s Face Detection Technology ensures everyone looks their best. The IXUS 130 also offers fun, inventive ways to take the perfect picture – using a smile or a simple wink of an eye to release the shutter when you’re in position.

Stunning shots at the touch of a button

Both models boast an array of features that enable you to capture images with no hassle. Smart Auto with Scene Detection Technology automatically selects settings for 18 different shooting scenes in the IXUS 105 and 22 in the IXUS 130, providing excellent results in a wide range of possible conditions. They also feature an optical Image Stabilizer and Motion Detection Technology which counteracts the effect of camera shake and subject movement, allowing you to capture crystal clear images.

Lights, camera, action

Both models offer Movie mode, enabling you to capture memorable moving pictures as well as stills. A YouTube upload function in the bundled software makes it easy to share videos online, while the IXUS 130 also delivers HD quality footage that can be watched with friends on an HDTV.
