BlackBerry Curve 8520 smartphone, rush to an Edgars, Jet Cellular or CNA branch
to trade up your device to a brand-new BlackBerry
Curve 9320 smartphone or any
other BlackBerry 7.1 OS enabled smartphone.
You’ll get R600 for your
old smartphone, which means you’ll effectively pay only R1999.90 for a new
BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone, worth R2599.90.
All devices that are able
to run the BlackBerry 7.1 OS qualify, subject to stock availability. Your
choice includes the BlackBerry Curve 9320,BlackBerry Curve 9360, BlackBerry Curve 9380, BlackBerry Torch 9810, BlackBerry Bold 9790, and BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphones.
These devices include cool features like battery saving functionality, parental
controls, 3G connectivity, personal mobile hotspot capability, and the power
and seamless integration of the BlackBerry® 7.1 operating system.
Trading up involves a few
simple steps:
1. Back up your data by
using BlackBerry Protect, a free application designed to help keep the information on your BlackBerry
smartphone secure. BlackBerry Protect will also make it easy to restore and
transfer your device settings, contacts and calendar items to your new
BlackBerry smartphone. Alternatively, you can back up your data on your PC by
using the BlackBerry Desktop
Software.
2. Visit a participating Edgars, Jet
Cellular or CNA store, where a representative will run a quick test on your
BlackBerry smartphone for power on and to see if the screen is undamaged.
3. Get your new BlackBerry 7.1 OS enabled
smartphone immediately and receive R600 off the purchase price.
The offer is subject to
in-store stock availability and is valid until 7 October 2012. The offer is
limited to the first 24,000 customers who bought their BlackBerry Curve 8520
smartphones from Vodacom.
